Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Friends of Georgia State Parks & Historic Sites.

Retail merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at Info@friendsofgastateparks.org and include your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions for returning your item.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photos when possible.

Once a returned item is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Gift memberships may be refunded within 60 days of purchase if they have not been activated. Activated memberships are non-refundable.
