Thank you for supporting Friends of Georgia State Parks & Historic Sites. Every purchase helps us serve, support, and celebrate Georgia’s state parks and historic sites.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take a little longer.

Once an order ships, the customer will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the items ordered and the delivery address. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout begin after the order has been processed.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Friends of Georgia State Parks & Historic Sites is not responsible for carrier delays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Locations

At this time, orders are shipped to addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an address needs to be corrected, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping charge before they can be resent.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows that an order was delivered but it cannot be located, customers should first check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier. If the package is still missing, please contact us so we can help review the order.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within seven days of delivery and include the order number and photographs of the item and packaging.
